Industry News

We are a national high-tech enterprise. At present, there are many kinds of self-woven and cooperatively processed fabrics, including microfiber warp-knitted towel cloth, weft-knitted towel cloth, coral fleece, etc.

What are the characteristics of microfiber towels?

1. High water absorption: the ultrafine fiber adopts orange petal technology to divide the filament into eight petals, which increases the surface area of the fiber and increases the pores in the fabric. The water absorption effect is enhanced by the capillary wicking effect, and the fast water absorption and fast drying become its advantages. Notable features. Strong detergency: The fineness of microfibers with a diameter of 0.4um is only 1/10 of real silk, and its special cross-section can more effectively capture dust particles as small as a few microns, and the effect of decontamination and oil removal is very obvious.
2. No hair removal: high-strength synthetic fiber filaments are not easy to break. At the same time, the fine weaving method is used to prevent spinning and looping, and the fibers are not easy to fall off from the surface of the microfiber towels. Long life: Due to the high strength and toughness of ultrafine fibers, its service life is more than 4 times that of ordinary dish towels, and it will not change after repeated washing. At the same time, polymer fibers will not be like cotton fibers. Produce protein hydrolysis, even if it is not dried after use, it will not become moldy or rot, and has a long lifespan.
3. Easy to clean: When ordinary dish towels are used, especially natural fiber dish towels, the dust, grease, dirt, etc. on the surface of the object to be wiped are directly absorbed into the fiber, and remain in the fiber after use, which is not easy to remove. After a long time, it will even harden and lose its elasticity, which will affect the use. Microfiber dish towels absorb dirt between the fibers (rather than inside the fibers). In addition, the microfibers have high fineness and high density, so they have strong adsorption capacity. You only need to use water or a little detergent after use. Just wash it.
4. No color fading: the dyeing process uses TF-215 and other dyes for ultra-fine fiber materials. The advantage of not fading makes it completely free from the trouble of decolorization and pollution when cleaning the surface of objects.
